STATEMENT OF MISSION
To promote the idea, that the Navy Broadway Complex should contain an ARTS and CULTURE CENTER, adjacent to open park area as a space with stages for public and private enjoyment of performing and fine arts that would serve as the CENTERPIECE of the NBC project.
CONCEPT:
This is an opportunity and maybe the last one, to create something wonderful which will welcome and draw people to our waterfront - an innovative and iconic structure that will become world-famous and a recognizable statement of pride in our City AND is financially sustainable.
QUESTION:
Are we any less clever or deserving than the citizens of Sydney or Chicago?
